Flanged Ends and End Closers / Selecting Elbow & Tees

Flanged Ends are used to connect plug-in duct casings to switchboards. Flanged Ends come complete with bus bar extensions to facilitate the making of electrical connections. Connecting hardware (bolts, nuts and splice plates) not furnished. (Supplied by installer)

End Closer End closers are used at the end of plug-in duct runs to enclose the bus-bar ends. The End Closers prohibit accidental contact with the bus bars and prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt within the duct casing. Specify Cat. No. or duct casing size when ordering.

Selecting Elbows Tees & Crosses

Since Elbows, Tees and Crosses may be connected to either formed or straight bus-bar ends of Park Plug-ln Duct and duct mounting may be either edgewise or flatwise, some study is needed to decide what filing has the necessary characteristics for individual applications. Coupled with the knowledge of whether the bus-duct run is mounted flatwise or edgewise and if fitting is to be fitting is correct for the installation in question. connected to straight or formed bus-bar ends, these drawings will indicate whether a right-hand or left-hand, edgewise or flatwise
