Busways
Park bus runs are complete lines of non-segregated phase bus designed for inter-connecting groups of metal-enclosed or metal-clad switchgear, power transformers or other related equipment. Bar type, with aluminum or copper conductors are individually supported on insulating members. All necessary equipment-connection flanges, wall entrance seals, transformer and/or equipment taps, elbows, offsets, wall supports, splicing materials and terminal connectors are included to make a complete installation. The bus duct is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with ANSI Standard C37.23.
Types
Segregated Phase Bus
Segregated phase bus duct is available for voltages ranging from 600 volts through 38kV, with ratings up to 8000 amps. Segregated phase bus has all phase conductors in a common enclosure with metal barriers between adjacent phases.
Non-Segregated Phase Bus
Non-segregated bus duct is bus where all the phase bars are in one common metal enclosure with no barrier between phases.
Plug-In
Segregated phase bus duct is available for voltages ranging from 600 volts through 38kV, with ratings up to 8000 amps. Segregated phase bus has all phase conductors in a common enclosure with metal barriers between adjacent phases.
Feeder
Segregated phase bus duct is available for voltages ranging from 600 volts through 38kV, with ratings up to 8000 amps. Segregated phase bus has all phase conductors in a common enclosure with metal barriers between adjacent phases.
